The Penta City is especially developed for sustainable city distribution and short bodies up to 8,5 m. It's ideal for quick and safe loading or unloading in busy city centres. The cargo space is accessible and closed again within seconds. This system can be combined with a Versus sliding roof.
At the top, the Penta City uses the Penta Duo or the Penta City rail. Penta duo is a self-supporting aluminium profile that can be built with a fixed roof or with a sliding roof. The Penta City rail is often used by markets where they still work with tube constructions of steel.
At the bottom, the Penta City uses a specific Penta City – rail type B. In this aluminium profile, there is a buffer integrated that protects against bumps of fork-lift trucks. This rail has a height of respectively only 80 mm, that is why this has to be screwed against a side profile.
